Order Process Model

ALL ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE NOON CENTRAL TIME WILL SHIP THE SAME DAY

Our simplified 7 step process model ensures that each and every order can be tracked from start to finish. This process allows for total product control and accurate order processing.

  1. Your data file is sent to Broadway Warehouses as an E-mail attachment or to our FTP Site.
  2. The file is formatted and imported into our Warehouse Fulfillment Software.
  3. We will print a custom packing slip with your company logo and order details and also print the FedEx, UPS or USPS label automatically.
  4. All of your customers can receive E-mail notification from FedEx or UPS.
  5. We pick, check and pack your shipment. Up to 2000 orders per shift can be processed.
  6. All of the data (order information and tracking) will be held in our data history files for future reference.
  7. At the end of each day, we will export all of the tracking information back to you in one of several available formats (Excel, .csv, or .txt).
